Yuanfeng Company was founded in 1966 and was formerly known as Chongqing Jiangling Instrument Factory. In 2010, in accordance with the requirements of the modern enterprise system, according to the document of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (2018) No. 771, the company was restructured on June 30, 2010. After the restructuring, the name was changed to Chongqing Yuanfeng Machinery Co., Ltd.

 

The original registered capital of Yuanfeng Company was RMB 12.23 million. In 2011, according to the regulations of Yuanfeng Company and the approval of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation Co., Ltd. on the approval of restructuring and setting up Chongqing Yuanfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. (Shu Heavy (2011) No. 687), the system was restructured. The post-registered capital was changed to RMB 114,157,700, which was funded by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's net assets of Chongqing Jiangling Instrument Factory, which was assessed as a whole, with a shareholding ratio of 100%. In September 2013, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation increased the capital of the company by RMB 25 million to the company. The capital was verified by Chongqing Dahua Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. with the capital verification report of the Dahua Capital Verification (2013) No. 61-1. The registered capital and paid-up capital are RMB 139,192,700.

 

In 2017, according to China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's "China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's Notice on the Integration and Reorganization of Chongqing Hengshan Machinery Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Yuanfeng Machinery Co., Ltd." (Ship Heavy Regulation (2017) No. 463) and "China Shipbuilding Industry" Chongqing Yuanfeng Company changed its name to China on January 18, 2018, in the spirit of the document “Reply from Chongqing Hengshan Machinery Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Yuanfeng Machinery Co., Ltd.” (Revised by Ship Weight Regulation (2017) No. 1487). Shipbuilding Heavy Industry Group Hengyuan Technology Co., Ltd., after the name change, still has a registered capital of RMB 139,125,700 (the substantial integration and restructuring of Chongqing Hengshan Machinery Co., Ltd. has not yet been completed). Hengyuan Technology is a non-ferrous metal casting center and a mechatronics precision instrument and ship electromechanical equipment manufacturing and research base in the southwest region of the shipbuilding industry. The company produces and precisions non-ferrous metal casting, precision transmission equipment, complete sets of automation equipment and propeller parts. Processing has its own characteristics. It mainly produces large-scale complex non-ferrous metal castings, ship electromechanical equipment, adjustable paddles and water jet propeller parts and other multi-type military products; civilian products mainly produce complete sets of automatic equipment for battery industry series, and battery production equipment has won provincial and ministerial quality products.
